Cocoa Frappé

COCOA FRAPPé

Ingredients for the 0.5 L iSi Gourmet Whip:
2 l cocoa
80 ml orange liqueur
40 g grated chocolate
400 ml heavy cream
50 - 80 ml peppermint syrup
mint leaves for decoration

Preparation
Whisk cocoa with orange liqueur and fill 8 large glasses. Pour heavy cream and peppermint syrup into the 0.5 L Gourmet Whip, screw in 1 cream charger and shake. Decorate the cocoa drinks with peppermint cream, grated chocolate and mint leaves. Serve with a straw.

For preparation in the 1 L Gourmet Whip double the ingredients and use 2 iSi cream chargers.
